Boss Surgico Instrument’s Return Policy

At Boss Surgico, we stand behind the quality of our instruments with a 1-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or material inconsistencies. Claims for such issues can be made under this warranty.

Please note the following terms for returns:

  • Restocking Fee: A 05% restocking fee may apply to returned items, except in cases of manufacturing defects, damaged products, or errors on our part.
  • Custom Etching Neutralization: Instruments requiring neutralization for custom etching will incur a charge of $1 USD per unit.

Items Not Eligible for Credit or Refund:

  1. Instruments that are not in their original condition.
  2. Instruments that have been used in surgery, unless they are defective. Used instruments must be sterilized prior to return and accompanied by a completed Certificate of Sterilization.
  3. Instruments with an invoice date older than 45 days.
  4. Custom-made, custom-marked, special-order, or altered instruments.
